What counts as a person?
Anyone on your member list. Visitors, guests and people who only check in do not count.
We have many branches and levels. Does that cost more?
No. Levels, branches, gatherings and admins are unlimited on every plan. Only people count.
What happens when we outgrow our plan?
On a paid plan you move up at your next billing date. We tell you a month ahead, and nothing stops working in between.
What happens when we outgrow Free?
We write to you, and a month later you will need a plan to add more people. Nothing you already have is touched — your directory stays readable, editable and exportable, and everyone already in it stays.
Is our data ours?
Yes. Export it to CSV any time, on any plan, including Free.
